Emerald Labs supplies research compounds and related laboratory products.

All product images displayed on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Product appearance, packaging and labelling may vary slightly.

All products sold by Emerald Labs are strictly intended for research use only. Products are not intended for medical, diagnostic, therapeutic or personal use and are not sold for the purpose of diagnosing, treating, curing or preventing any condition or disease.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are purchased and used in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Full payment must be received before orders are processed and dispatched.

Emerald Labs reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud or suspected misuse.

Where an order that has already been paid for is cancelled by Emerald Labs, the customer will receive an appropriate refund.

Orders are dispatched to the destinations stated on our website at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and may be affected by courier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information when placing an order.

Customers should contact Emerald Labs as soon as possible if they discover an error in their delivery information.

Emerald Labs does not offer voluntary returns, exchanges or change-of-mind returns beyond customers’ applicable statutory rights.

Where a statutory right to cancel an online purchase applies under Irish or EU consumer law, that right remains unaffected.

A statutory exception may apply to certain products, including, where applicable, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.

This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, incomplete or otherwise do not conform to the sales contract.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete, please contact Emerald Labs as soon as possible at support@emeraldlabs.online with your order details and, where relevant, photographs of the issue.

Where goods do not conform to the sales contract, Emerald Labs will provide the remedy required under applicable consumer law.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

All products sold by Emerald Labs are supplied strictly for research purposes only.

Products must not be used for medical, diagnostic, therapeutic or personal use.

Emerald Labs accepts no responsibility for loss or damage resulting from misuse, improper handling or use contrary to the product’s stated intended purpose, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes, interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt unauthorised access to systems, or misuse products or services offered by Emerald Labs.

Emerald Labs reserves the right to restrict access or refuse service where unlawful activity, fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or affects your statutory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, Emerald Labs will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse of products or use of the website.

Emerald Labs may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Changes will apply from the date the updated Terms & Conditions are published and will not retrospectively alter the terms applicable to an order already placed.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of any mandatory protections available to them under applicable consumer law.
