Emerald Labs does not offer voluntary returns, exchanges or change-of-mind returns beyond customers’ applicable statutory rights.

This means that, outside of any statutory right to cancel that may apply, we do not accept returns simply because a customer has changed their mind after placing or receiving an order.

Photographs or other information may be requested where appropriate so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Where goods do not conform to the sales contract, Emerald Labs will provide the remedy required under applicable consumer law.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Emerald Labs does not provide an additional voluntary change-of-mind return or exchange policy.

Where a statutory right to cancel an online purchase applies under Irish or EU consumer law, that right remains unaffected.

A statutory exception may apply to certain products, including, where applicable, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.

Where such an exception applies, the statutory right to cancel may no longer be available.

Emerald Labs does not offer voluntary product exchanges.

Where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, incomplete or otherwise does not conform to the sales contract, the appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer law.
